XOPA - PEOPLE
About the Project
XOPA [hora] is a collaborative piece about the journey away from the comfort of human roots to the uncertainty of new lands. A mixture of physical theatre and live sound, XOPA explores the themes of home, transitions, and soul searching.
With and by Adam Alcock, Ekaterina Chokova, and Maxwell Sly.
We have also collaborated with Louis Berthoud for video project, and hope to collaborate with more people in the future.
Exploration
Using physical theatre to improvise and explore new worlds discovered in soundscapes and live music.
Performance.
The first sharing of our work will take place on the 27th of May 2022 and we are excited to share our work so far. This is part of an event called MOTION in Open Source Arts, Leeds.
